Black Professionals Canada is a non-profit organization founded to address key systemic issues affecting
Black people at work in Canada. BPC supports and empowers black professionals with skills and the
network to excel in their careers.
BPC hosts networking sessions with industry leaders and has a robust mentorship program for young
black professionals, university graduates, undergraduates and high school students.
Our diversity and inclusion programs support organizations in Canada looking to employ a diverse
workforce. BPC helps partner organizations attract and retain top Black Talents in Canada
